How many cameras will be used during live stream, are you mixing them when broadcasting
We run three (or more) cameras and mix angles during live streaming. We have two professional videographers to work together at the event to manage different parts of the assignment. One will be in charge of mixing the audio and video; whilst the other one will manage all cameras on tripods and gimbals. Having multi-cameras set up will enable a more engaging broadcasting for your family and friends.
What equipment is required from the location/venue?
First and foremost, power is the utmost important thing to make this happen. One or two power outlets will be sufficient for us to power up our gears including computers, modem etc. If the venue does not provide power, a fee of hiring portable power supply will apply.
Secondly, a stable internet connection is a must for live streaming. We normally use our own 4G modem to broadcast the event, however in the unlikely events of it not running smoothly, we may request the venue to provide their internet access for a more stable internet connection.
What if the venue is an internet dead spot?
The live stream will be recorded and available online for playback asap after the event.
What live stream equipment(s) do you use?
We use professional mirrorless cameras and audio gear. Video and audio signal will be delivered to a Blackmagic Atem Extreme Pro for mixing. We also use professional-grade wireless video signal transmitters and receivers if need be.
What is the preparation time at the venue?
Approximately two hours to set up and conduct the final test of the stream, pending equipment availability and internet connection at the venue.
When will the live stream begin?
Usually half an hour before the formality starts. If chat room is available we will greet and keep your friends and family updated during broadcasting.
What platforms do you use for streaming?
Preferably YouTube, however other platforms like Zoom or Facebook are also available, pending clients’ preference.
When can I get the link of the stream before the event?
Usually a week prior to the event date.
Will I get a copy of the live stream video?
Absolutely! The recorder version will be delivered via online storage within 2 days after the event.
