Wedding Live Stream at Panorama House
It’s been a busy January and February. Wedding live stream has become very popular since Covid19 restrictions eased few months ago.
I was thrilled to share this live stream with you. The wedding was taken place the Panorama House just about an hour drive from Sydney. I arrived the venue two hours prior to the kick-off time to set up and test the quality of internet connection. Luckily I got a really good speed for upstreaming to YouTube. It was a 3 cameras setup so I could do multi-angle broadcasting with one of the cameras attached on a gimbal. I must say a big thank you to the venue as they allowed me to use their marquee as a shelter. On the day it was raining a little bit but the sun came out right before the ceremony started.
After the successful live stream, I then packed up my live stream gear and got ready to film the reception without live streaming. Unlike the wedding ceremony, the wedding reception was having a hint of Fijian rituals as the bride was a Fijian. It was my third time to shoot Fijian wedding, it was full of fun and quite full on. Also there was a Zoom call to Columbia where the groom’s family live in.
I am more than happy to customise package to suit your need, please feel free to let me know when you fill out the contact form.
We look forward to a fantastic 2022
We did it!!!! After months of lockdown few times since early 2020, finally we got our freedom back, I have no words to describe how I feel now.
Without a doubt, the lockdown has a big impact to the wedding industry for almost two years, but it has come to the end now. We are very pleased to inform that we look forward to work with all clients that booked us in late 2021 and 2022. Our team is fully vaccinated and will do whatever we can to protect ourselves and who we will meet.
Since all covid restrictions of wedding are lifted, we are glad that we have been receiving enquiries of our live stream services and wedding videography packages in the last couple of weeks. Owing to some confirmed weddings of 2021 were postponed to 2022, we regret to inform that the number of weekends available in 2022 are limited. To avoid disappointment, please do not hesitate to give us a shout about the date you need us, we will get back to you as quick as we can.
Looking forward to be a part of your special day.
Wedding Videography in Hunter Valley
During the past years, I filmed numbers of weddings in Hunter Valley.
Travelling to Hunter Valley from Sydney is about two and a half hours. For long hours weddings, I would stay there a night before so I did not need to rush and avoid busy traffic in the morning. For late weddings, I would stay in the area overnight and return to Sydney the next day.
Why I love doing weddings in Hunter? Beautiful, it’s absolutely beautiful!! As a videographer (I believe photographers agree with me too), it’s such a stunning location to get stunning footage and photos. There are farms, vineyards, botanic gardens, charm venues etc. Because of these, every time I go to Hunter, I always have my drone ready, I reckon nothing is better than a drone to get some beautiful landscape footage.
Here are some wedding videos filmed at Hunter Valley, enjoy.
Same Sex Weddings | The Epping Club Weddings | Indian Wedding Videographer
Love is love.
Over the years I filmed few gay and lesbian weddings in Sydney, however this was one of the most unforgettable one.
I still remember when I first met N and P at their house, I had a lovely chat about their wedding plan, learnt their story, discussed some details about their traditional rituals, talked about what was happening at the place where I born, Hong Kong. I love listening my clients’ stories, but also love to share mine.
It was a two days weddings. The first day involved traditional ceremonies, and the second involved civil ceremony and formal reception at Epping Club.
I was so pleased to witness and capture their wedding under the new same sex marriage has been legal.
Love is love.
Zoom Live Stream Wedding | Dunbar House Weddings
Our crew has been busy over the long weekend for another livestream wedding event. We were at Dunbar House Watsons Bay. After having a good run of livestream weddings since the beginning of the year, we are actually addicted to host a live event now. The biggest excitement is that knowing people from other parts of the world are also being part of that, it makes us feel like we help people to connect and make joy no boundaries now.
And we are very thankful for the advanced technology we have nowadays. The entire ceremony and reception were just done via Zoom. We are now able to connect to the world with just a click of a button. The bride’s mum and best friend were overseas (Columbia and the US if you are curious) so they had to do their speeches over Zoom. However, instead of having a small laptop up in the venue, we actually projected the Zoom video up on a big screen to make everyone feels their presence closer.
The biggest challenge was the tight setup time that we were given. We are used to racing with time but this one was by far the tightest. In order to mitigate the issue, our team has done additional research on some technical parts and ensure we have achieved everything required before the deadline.
Here is a quick rundown of the set up on the day:
We set up the live stream control room indoor at Dunbar House, just right across the ceremony spot for close proximity. We also arrived few hours prior to set up and test the transmission of video and audio signals.
3x cameras set up with professional angles switching. Walkie-talkies were used to communicate amongst videographers to ensure smooth scene transitions.
The speeches given by the bride’s mum and best friend on zoom were projected on the big screen.
Working closely with the wedding Master of Ceremony (MC), all formalities were broadcasted.
We broadcasted the first five minutes of the dance party, the guests on Zoom had some dance move altogether with the couple.
Hope this will give a clearer picture for anyone who is interested in the process of a livestream event. As usual, please feel free to leave us a comment if you have any questions or just want to share your own experience with us below. We welcome any DM as well if you prefer to discuss with us privately. Ciao for now.
